I've been trying to learn more about Antiguan life for something I'm writing and I haven't found anything that feels as emotionally genuine as this. I was just happy so long as you continued to draw me into the centre of this woman and the man she is missing; and the son who is her first love...and for as long as she decided to reveal things to me. Thus, I 'hear' a novel because when it was done, I felt sure that she had decided to tell me more; and know that she will...when she is ready.
